When things are at their busiest we have to ensure we are putting in the effort to make sure we still get enquiries and action when times are slow. There are many forms of action you might like people to take. It could be joining your database from your website, or making an appointment or just phoning for a brochure. Whatever that action is you need to determine how you can ensure you continue to get these enquiries continuously and in whatever marketing activities you do you need to ensure there is a strong call to action. It could be on your website you make sure the journey you want people to take to take up the call to action is clear if it’s that you want them to call you or join your mailing list that call to action must be perfectly appealing to the people you are targeting. What appeals to them?

What could be your call to action?

Does it have a deadline?
